I am currently working toward a certificate in UX design which prompted the creation of this page. The desire to learn UX design came from a business need to more accurately capture end users' requirements while creating functional and visually appealing reports. With a background in finance, I tend toward tables of data rather than graphs but most of my users are able to digest information from a visualization more efficiently. When I'm not working, I enjoy time with my family. You can usually find us camping, hiking, or watching movies (especially musicals). We have three adopted children, four cats, two dogs, and usually at least one foster child.
